The five cottages at Mocketts Farm sleep 4-51+ guests across 23 bedrooms, with sofa beds also available. A further eleven double guest rooms are available at The Ferry House nearby.

The Farmhouse • Mocketts Farm Cottages

Ideal for a relaxed corporate event & stay hybrid, with the unique connection offered only by a live-in event. The large open plan ground floor and 22-seat dining table form the heart of your event, along with 8 ensuite bedrooms (arranged as double or twin rooms), a large private garden and the shared games room of the Mocketts Farm complex.

The Oak Barn • The Ferry House

Just a short walk from the Mocketts Farm Cottages, the Oak Barn at The Ferry House is a striking space for your corporate event. Spacious and with adaptable room layouts and event set ups, it can host 16-100 attendees. French doors open to an ideal breakaway space - a private terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens with estuary views beyond.

The Event Suite • The Ferry House

Ideal for large conference-style events or multiple table huddles, seating 32-180 delegates with varied room layout options. Bi-fold doors run the width of the room, admitting beautiful waterside views which relax the formalities and form a statement-feature of your event. Opening onto a private terrace and garden, this is the perfect spot for a drinks reception or networking area.

The Meeting Room • The Ferry House

This stylish & practical meeting room seats up to five in a relaxed setting, with a wall-mounted screen and flipchart. This room is often used as a breakaway space, or if a confidential space is needed away from the main event set up.
